Odres Nuevos, Guatemala
Odres Nuevos continues to empower vulnerable families through its parenting school, developed as part of its Food and Nutritional Security program.

On this occasion, they welcomed 50 mothers living in poverty and extreme poverty, offering them a practical learning space based on the “learning by doing” methodology, where participants acquire useful knowledge and skills through hands-on practice.
In addition to the training sessions, the mothers receive a monthly bag of food, with basic food items that help cover their essential needs.
More than just an educational space, this school has become a place of ongoing support and accompaniment, where mothers not only acquire tools to improve their food practices, but also find support and solidarity to face daily challenges.
