Restorative Leadership Diploma: Strengthening Leaders Who Drive Change

Over the course of six months, 30 leaders from Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Costa Rica are taking part in the Restorative Leadership Diploma, an experiential learning program led by Circula.

This space aims to strengthen the skills of those leading social, community-based, and grassroots organizations—especially in areas such as education, gender equality, environmental justice, and reducing inequality.

Most participants in this 13th cohort are women, youth, indigenous people, and individuals with disabilities, all committed to social transformation and defending democracy in their territories.

The program goes beyond technical skills, emphasizing critical thinking, collective reflection, and the design of initiatives with a human-centered, collaborative, and context-driven approach.
