The Sulá Batsú Cooperative celebrated the launch of its new Self-Management Kit, a practical and reflective tool, product of more than 20 years of collective experience.

This kit is designed to accompany organizations, collectives and enterprises that wish to move towards a form of self-management organization, based on social solidarity economy, shared decision-making and social transformation.
What does it include?
A Canva Self-Management Kit with nine key components that guide the creation of economic models focused on good living, not accumulation.
Each part of the kit promotes reflection, collective agreement and the construction of more humane, just and sustainable initiatives.
More than a recipe, it is an invitation to imagine and build other ways of working and living together from the collective.
