TeenSmart celebrates a very special launch: Glow Up!, its new podcast created by and for young female voices — fresh off the press and full of intention.

The goal of Glow Up! is to connect with Latina women ages 16 to 24, using — true to TeenSmart’s style — digital tools and trends to spark dynamic, relatable, and above all, real conversations.

Each episode explores key topics for this stage of life, including health, identity, self-esteem, and leadership, through a fresh, honest, and judgment-free lens.

The podcast was created to promote personal empowerment in every episode, amplify young voices, and build community. Sponsored by Adventures of the Mind, Glow Up! is structured in three main segments: an open conversation, a rapid-fire question round, and a closing practical tip for listeners, along with a recommendation of JovenSalud — TeenSmart’s online platform for youth — and a small closing ritual ✨.
