Empowering a woman-led business isn’t just about giving her information — it’s about equipping her with concrete tools to make better decisions, optimize her time, and grow her business with greater clarity and confidence. With that purpose in mind, CONEXION, in partnership with the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) and The Trust for the Americas, developed “Conectando mi emprendimiento,” a training program designed specifically for women entrepreneurs.

Over 36 hours, participants gained practical tools in generative artificial intelligence, digital productivity, brand identity, social media content creation, pricing and costs, business modeling, and sales growth planning — not as abstract concepts, but as resources they could apply from day one in managing their businesses.

The program combined training sessions and hands-on workshops where technology went from being an obstacle to becoming an ally. Participants discovered new ways to organize their ideas, strengthen their brand presence, and make decisions with greater confidence. Graduation wasn’t just a closing ceremony — it was the starting point of a new chapter for each of them.

This alliance between CONEXION, the PGR, and The Trust for the Americas showed that when efforts are united to bring knowledge, technology, and opportunities to those who need them most, the results are real. CONEXION continues to open spaces so that more women entrepreneurs can find the tools they need to grow.
